Последние подробности о рестайлинговом Lexus IS

Со сменой поколений производитель расширит моторную гамму компактного седана.

Инженеры Lexus активно работают над обновленной версией компактного седана IS, которое может увидеть свет в 2020 году.

Ожидается, что новинка будет построена на платформе TNGA, а основные изменения коснутся моторной гаммы модели. В частности, не исключено появление в ней выдающего 477 л. с. и 540 Нм крутящего момента V8. Им будет оснащаться топовая версия IS 500.

Помимо этого, специалисты марки значительно переработают внешнее и внутреннее оформление седана, а также расширят перечень оснащения.

Официальная премьера нового Lexus IS состоится в конце 2020 - начале 2021 года.

В России за последний год спрос на автомобили японского бренда сократился на 10%. Дилеры марки в период с января по апрель продали 5 240 автомобилей.

2021 IS 500 WITH V8 COMING 🤤 🇯🇵 ______________________________________ [5/18/20] #acnLexus Last week I posted an updated on the upcoming 2021 Lexus IS and how it will not be ALL new and instead will use the same N-platform it is on now though being heavily retuned and revised with wider tracks and other changes. This means a true ground up new IS is still in the works, possibly on a Mazda RWD platform, but the 2021 IS will come with a new IS 500 model and the glorious 5.0L V8! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🏁 @Allcarnews Spec Sheet: Now the rest of The 2021 Lexus IS lineup will keep all of the current engines which include a 2.0L Turbo 4 making 241HP and 258 lb-ft of torque and two 3.5L V6 options ranging from 260HP and 236 lb-ft of torque and 311HP and 277 lb-ft of torque. Originally, the IS500 was rumored to come with a 416HP 3.5L TT V6 but I can gladly say it will have the last application of the Lexus naturally aspirated 5.0L V8 which currently makes 472HP in the RC-F! All engines will have an 8 speed gearbox for RWD and AWD models. The IS-F name though has been and will remain dead even though the upcoming IS500 has the same engine. 🏁 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Outside expect to see styling just like in the renders above, sort of like a sportier baby version of the new LS! Now this is not a facelift but is more of a mild new generation version so we are getting all new body panels, new LED lights, wider front and rear track and more! The biggest feature is expected to be the new interior with a touchscreen/mouse infotainment, new steeringwheel, buttons, gauges and more!
